Alex is Courtney's sister and the Maid of Honor. Alex and Courtney share the same passion for nursing, Lana Del Rey, and thrifting.

Nick is Courtney's youngest sibling and only brother. She was overjoyed when he was born and thinks the world of him. She will even wear Iowa State gear in support of his chosen college (sometimes).

Nick is Sebastian's older brother and his Best Man. As a doctor and a member of the Air Force, you could say that he is a great role model. Sebastian does not look up to him though...Nick is about 2 inches shorter and resides in Gainesville (gross).
